Senior Product Manager(Features) - Star Trek Fleet Command in London

Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Star Trek™ Fleet Command team in the UK on a remote basis. Star Trek Fleet Command's ongoing success goes from strength to strength. Our in-house developed 4X MMO was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top grossing Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market. What You Will Do

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with one of our feature teams to shape and refine the development team roadmap, steering vision, and strategy. Oversee the feature lifecycle - from specification writing to launching core features. Manage product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting.
• Player's Advocate: Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires. Understand and address player issues to enhance the game. Identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Demonstrate sound product judgment to formulate strategies and set clear, measurable objectives for achieving business goals.
• Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team, actively communicate complex ideas clearly and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in product management, ideally with significant responsibility on a F2P mobile game.
• Demonstrated success managing complex monetisation and engagement systems, with extensive experience in content development.
• Data-native mindset, with the ability to translate raw performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
• Strong player empathy and experience working with user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels.
• Experience driving impact across cross-functional pods, including creative, design, and engineering teams.
