Scopely is looking for a Lead Community Strategist to join our Monopoly Go! Team on a Hybrid basis in Culver City, Barcelona or London. What You Will Do
- Lead and Evolve Ambassador & Feedback Programs
- Own and scale ambassador and player feedback initiatives to ensure continuous, high‑quality insight generation.
- Design and manage structured feedback systems (e.g., surveys, testing cohorts, focus groups).
- Ensure feedback is consistent, actionable, and aligned with business needs.
- Translate player sentiment into clear, data‑informed insights for product and leadership teams.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience in community, DevRel, or product‑facing community roles, ideally within a live‑service or fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with product, design, or LiveOps teams, with exposure to feature or roadmap discussions.
- Proven experience building or managing community programs such as ambassador programs, feedback loops, or player testing groups.
- Strong ability to translate player feedback and community sentiment into structured insights and actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, with experience shaping plans, frameworks, or initiatives beyond day‑to‑day execution.

Benefits
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is $118,000 – $146,000 USD. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off.
