Scopely is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join an unannounced title. This role can be based remotely in the UK or from our Barcelona hub on a hybrid basis. At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily. We are in the development stages on one of our new unannounced projects. Looking for passionate game makers to collaborate, get in early and make their mark on this exciting venture!

What You Will Do

  • You will be responsible for developing eye-catching and engaging marketing materials and ensure the brand identity is clear and distinctive, and that all marketing art and brand identity elements are consistent and reflect the creative game vision.
  • Create and adapt marketing creatives for game launches and live operations, including static, video, and social media assets.
  • Support the end-to-end creative production process, from brief intake and asset planning to stakeholder alignment, feedback management, and final delivery.
  • Coordinate with game teams, external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure assets are delivered on time and at a high quality standard.
  • Develop quick concepts, mockups, and visual references to support creative ideation and production needs.
  • Monitor top-performing games, competitors, and creative trends across global markets, identifying insights and best practices that can inform future creative strategies.
  • Continuously improve creative workflows, production efficiency, and asset quality through data, feedback, and process optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Creative Marketing role, ideally gained within the games industry or related creative field, agency experience a strong plus.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals, including composition, color, typography, layout, motion, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, with the ability to create both static and video marketing assets.
  • Strong understanding of brand communication, marketing creatives, and current visual trends within the gaming industry.
  • Passionate about gaming and actively follows creative trends across global markets, especially Western games; familiarity with Japanese, Korean, and other Asian gaming markets is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively in an English-speaking environment.

Bonus Points

  • Degree in Design or equivalent training in graphic art and graphic design desirable.
  • Experience creating creatives for top-performing or large-DAU mobile games is a strong plus.
