Role Overview: Provide high‑level administrative support to the COO and CCO, managing calendars, travel, meetings, confidential communications, and special projects, while ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management for COO & CCO.
  • Organize executive travel and arrange internal & external meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
  • Act as liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and Notion.
  • Meticulous approach to international travel coordination and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • High attention to detail; independent initiative to solve problems.
