Lead Recruitment Specialist – Retail & Services

We are looking to appoint a Shop Cover Manager (known internally as Divisional Support Lead) supporting Scope shops in the London area, including Acton, Basildon, Bexleyheath, Camberwell, Camden, Clapham Junction, Dartford, Fulham, Ruislip, Surbiton, Tolworth, Walthamstow and Woolwich.

This role works closely with the shop teams to enable daily operations, maximise sales and profit, design engaging displays, and recruit, train and manage a volunteer team. It is a permanent, 35‑hour a week position with a £1,750 allowance, £5,000 car allowance and a full range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• You will lead shop cover management and support shop teams.
• You will design appealing window displays and maintain shop visual merchandising.
• You will recruit, train and manage a volunteer team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• You will work with shop teams to maximise sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant retail experience and a passion for fashion.
• A commercial, can‑do attitude and customer‑first focus.
• A dedicated team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
