This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Scope builds meaningful and lasting relationships with its financial supporters. As Senior Supporter Experience Specialist, you will help lead our supporter experience strategy, creating engaging journeys that strengthen supporter loyalty, maximise long-term value and support Scope's mission to create an equal future with disabled people.

The role involves:

  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of Scope's supporter experience and journey strategy.
  • Using insight and data to identify opportunities to improve supporter engagement, retention and lifetime value.
  • Leading email marketing and engagement campaigns, including planning, delivery, reporting and optimisation.
  • Overseeing audience management, segmentation, testing and personalisation activity.
  • Building strong relationships across fundraising teams, providing specialist advice and support on supporter engagement.
  • Managing agency relationships and ensuring campaigns are delivered to high standards.
  • Line managing and developing the Supporter Experience Executive, providing coaching, support and development opportunities.

About you:

  • Experience in fundraising, supporter experience or customer engagement.
  • Experience developing and delivering successful email marketing and engagement campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and insight to drive decisions.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms, customer relationship management systems and audience segmentation.
  • Experience supervising, coaching or developing colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A passion for creating great supporter experiences and continuously improving performance.
