The eCommerce Customer Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting Scope's eCommerce team and online customers, providing timely and accurate administrative support. In this role, you will manage a range of essential administrative tasks, including responding to and resolving customer enquiries received online, as well as queries arising from Scope's finance and stock management systems.
This will be a full-time office-based role working Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm (hub operating hours).
Location: Salford Hub based at Units 19-20, Westlink Business Park, Guide Street, Salford, M50 1BX.

The role
- Provide administrative support to the eCommerce hub, assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Manage a range of tasks across inboxes, stock management, including accurate data entry.
- Respond to and effectively resolve online customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the wider eCommerce team to identify and address any issues.
