Scope’s Camberwell shop is seeking a Shop Manager on a fixed-term 6-month contract. You will lead a team of paid colleagues and volunteers, driving sales and delivering an inclusive, welcoming customer experience.
You’ll recruit, develop and support staff in line with Scope’s values and policies, while managing stock, online listings and shop operations. The role requires previous retail management experience, a commercially aware mindset, and strong leadership and people skills.
