THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to sit at the heart of a growing consultancy team. You will manage costs across a diverse project portfolio from feasibility through to final account, maintain direct client relationships, and play an active role in the continued growth of the business. There is genuine scope for progression into a leadership position for the right person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client relationships directly, acting as the primary commercial point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Produce robust cost plans, feasibility studies and pre-tender estimates
  • Prepare tender packages, bills of quantities and contract documentation
  • Oversee cost control, risk management and value engineering across live commissions
  • Negotiate contracts, schedules and final accounts with contractors and subcontractors
  • Advise clients on claims, disputes and contractual matters as they arise
