We are a growing project management consultancy with a strong pipeline of residential and student accommodation schemes. This role is ideal for candidates with early project delivery experience, especially those with an engineering background or who have transitioned from engineering to project management.
Role Overview
Working across multiple live schemes, you will support Senior Project Managers while developing your own project responsibilities. This handsâon role is designed for someone ready to contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting delivery across RIBA Stages 2â6/7
- Contract administration and preparation of client reports
- Tender and procurement coordination
- Programme management and design team organisation
- Stakeholder, risk and progress management
- Direct communication with clients, contractors and consultants
Candidate Requirements
- 1â2 years of project delivery experience (consultancy or engineering backgrounds preferred)
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks across fastâmoving schemes
- Clear communication with clients and design teams
- Proactive, organised and motivated to take ownership
- Thrives in a friendly, sociable, nonâcorporate environment
- Individuals moving from engineering into project management are strongly encouraged to apply
