THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a commercially astute and client-facing Director or senior QS to lead a team. You will take ownership of a diverse project portfolio, drive business development, build and lead a growing team, and play a central role in shaping the commercial strategy of the business. This is a genuine leadership position with P’s direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead client relationships at senior level, acting as the primary commercial adviser from inception through to final account.
  • Direct and oversee cost management delivery across multiple live commissions simultaneously.
  • Drive business development activity identifying, pursuing and converting new client relationships and project commissions.
  • Build, manage and mentor the cost management team, supporting progression and performance.
