Scope Property Services is an established, award-winning principal contractor delivering commercial fit-out, refurbishment and restoration projects across London and the South East.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Director to take overall responsibility for project delivery. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our business.

You’ll help set direction, support and develop a capable team, provide commercial leadership across our project portfolio and ensure we continue to deliver to the high standards we’re known for.

A key part of the role will be to build lasting partnerships with clients, contribute to strategic planning and help shape the systems, processes and culture needed to support future growth.

About you

You'll be an accomplished construction professional with a successful track record in refurbishment, fit-out, building surveying or a related sector, who enjoys leading people as much as delivering projects. Commercially astute and confident, you'll bring the judgement and credibility needed to influence others, build lasting relationships and make a positive contribution to the business.

Why Scope?

Join an ambitious Company where your experience, ideas and judgement will make a genuine difference. With the autonomy to influence decisions and the opportunity to help build on an already successful business, this is a role where your contribution will be both visible and valued.
