As a Deployment Strategist, you will translate complex operational challenges into concrete AI deployments. This isn’t just about selling; it’s about understanding our clients' deepest inspection needs, strategising tailored AI solutions, and getting hands-on to ensure successful, impactful implementations. You will be instrumental in driving growth and scaling our accounts in an exciting, high-impact space.

We’ve grown revenue 8x in one year and are scaling into hyper‑growth.
Requirements
We need a well-rounded generalist, a “co‑builder” who thrives on getting hands‑on. You should be exceptionally structured, pragmatic, and creative in your approach to problem‑solving. A top 5% salesperson with outstanding emotional intelligence, coupled with a high capacity for learning and execution, is essential. While direct inspection or specific industry experience isn’t required, a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt is paramount.
Compensation & Location
This role offers a competitive base salary of £70k-120k, depending on experience and skill, plus an uncapped 1-2% of new account growth – £100k+ OTE bonus. This is a London-based role, requiring 5 days/week onsite work at our Clerkenwell office.
