The predicted salary is between 27000 - 28000 £ per year.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are on the lookout for a Service Coordinator to join our service delivery team. The key responsibility of the role would be to coordinate and oversee the successful delivery of our reactive, quoted and defect repair work streams.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of engineer’s daily workload and route/job planning.
- Ensuring engineers are working in line with contractual (SLA) and diary requirements, i.e. on route, on site, performed.
- Management of defect repair and extra work calls received through to resolution including stock ordering and coordination and allocation to correct engineers, both in terms of skillset and geographical location.
- Advanced confirmation of all repair and extra work engineering appointments with customers.
- Submit Risk Assessment & Method Statement (RAMS) and apply for relevant Permit to Work (PTW) in advance of visits where applicable and required.
- Handling any remedial follow-ups which are ready for rebooking confirming mutually agreeable appointment with customer.
- 1st line handling of calls from engineering team and other internal staff members in regards to reactive and repair appointments and job updates.
- Escalating any real-time issues to the Service Team Leader/Operations Manager where needed.
- Management and progression of any overdue/outstanding repair or extra works calls through to completion and raising issues with senior management when necessary.
Salary - £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
32 Days Holiday incl Bank Holidays
Annual Attendance Bonus
Ideally, the candidate would have Fire and Security industry experience and/or experience in a logistics/planning role, coordinating work being delivered via field-based technicians.
