TecRec are recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to join a leading Fire & Smoke company to cover London & The Southeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all building surveying within the team.

  • Develop and implement procedures in relation to condition surveys, PPM schedules, long term maintenance plans, and life cycle programmes.
