An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Regional People Partner (Contract) to join a dynamic and collaborative EMEA People Team. You\’ll play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders and implementing global HR strategies across the UK region. This role covers approximately 1,200 employees across business divisions and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders, supporting performance management, ER, and change initiatives.
Lead and deliver regional HR projects including restructures, M&A activities, and TUPE processes.
Collaborate closely with Divisional People Partners on a variety of people initiatives and programs.
Provide guidance on people policies, terminations, compliance, and engagement efforts.
Support the local execution of global HR strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
5-10 years of HR experience within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Experience with employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
Proven ability to influence and build effective partnerships across all levels of the business.
Confident managing complex HR projects (eg, M&A, restructures, TUPE).
Comfortable working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
Proactive, resilient, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems – Workday preferred .
