• Project & Stakeholder Management – Ability to manage production timelines, oversee event execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial and strategic success.

• Speaker & Sponsor Relations – Experience securing and managing high-profile speakers and sponsors, including senior-level executives, while maintaining strong industry relationships.

• Commercial & Strategic Mindset – A deep understanding of commercial drivers behind event success, with a track record of growing revenue, increasing attendance, and developing market-leading event products.

• Strong Communication & Leadership Skills – Comfortable leading teams, mentoring junior producers, and working in fast-paced environments that require adaptability and problem-solving.

• End-to-End Event Execution – Demonstrated success in building event agendas, managing operational elements, and driving overall event growth from planning to execution.
