We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the General Ledger (GL) function across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role bridges Finance and Technology teams, ensuring effective delivery of GL solutions, strong financial controls, and end-to-end ERP harmonisation across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Oracle GL (EBS Cloud)
  • Translate finance requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritise backlog based on business value, risk, and regulatory needs
  • Act as main liaison for senior Finance stakeholders across EMEA
  • Support key GL processes including journals, allocations, FX translation, and period close
  • Ensure integration across Oracle Financials (AP, AR, FA) and EPM systems
  • Maintain strong financial controls and regulatory compliance (GAAP, SOX, statutory reporting)
  • Oversee data integrity, system enhancements, UAT, and production support
  • Use SQL for data analysis and issue investigation

Experience Required

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS R12 (GL focus)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience in investment banking
