A Tier 1 Investment bank are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong Risk and PnL experience to join their Equities Risk and PnL team. The project is a rewrite of a PnL system - Attribution/VaR Back-testing. This is a 2-year project, with analysis and basic build out having been underway since February 2026.

Requirements:

  • Looking for a Risk/PnL Python developer - Risk is key.
  • Not a Quant but a software engineer that has worked close to a desk.
  • Ideally worked closely with equities Front Office but not a deal breaker.
  • Maths/physics/quant degree nice but not essential.
