We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to oversee the full life cycle management of hardware assets across EMEA, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hardware assets from procurement through to disposal.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and life cycle records using ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Develop and improve asset management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Produce reporting on asset status, utilisation, and compliance metrics.
- Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors to optimise asset usage and costs.
- Ensure secure and compliant disposal of end-of-life equipment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, CMDBs, and hardware asset life cycle processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent asset management platforms.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within regulated environments is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CHAMP, or CITAM are beneficial.
