We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Manager to oversee the full life cycle management of hardware assets across EMEA, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hardware assets from procurement through to disposal.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventories and life cycle records using ServiceNow or similar tools.
  • Develop and improve asset management policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce reporting on asset status, utilisation, and compliance metrics.
  • Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors to optimise asset usage and costs.
  • Ensure secure and compliant disposal of end-of-life equipment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, CMDBs, and hardware asset life cycle processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent asset management platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CHAMP, or CITAM are beneficial.
