Scope automates the data collection that’s slowing down the physical world. Standards are vital for the safety of our infrastructure. Spending hours manually documenting them is not.

We’re building the best AI-native data collection layer for the 2 billion field workers. Scope radically simplifies how inspectors collect data in the field, make decisions, and produce reports. Along the way, we’re building the world’s largest dataset on the condition of the built world and the decisions experts make about it. It’s a $2T market and we’re just getting started, with ambitions. We have grown revenue 10x in the last year and are on track to reach 10M ARR in 2026. We work with 6 of the top 10 companies in the space.

As Product Ops, you own how good the template experience is from start to finish. The job goes beyond building what's been requested. It's about making templates that inspectors in the field can actually use, and helping clients get up and running on Scope. You'll be responsible for whether a template is usable, whether it fits the way inspectors really work, how easily new users can be onboarded, and how feedback turns into real improvements.

What You'll Do:

  • Build usable templates that are simple, practical, and easy to use in the field.
  • Spot product issues and identify the product and template problems causing friction.
  • Onboard and train inspectors with clear, practical training materials.
  • Communicate clearly your thinking, reasoning, and tradeoffs.
  • Drive adoption of the whole template experience and help clients adopt Scope.

About Scope: We're a venture-backed AI startup in Clerkenwell, London, on a mission to transform industrial safety and efficiency. It's a fast-paced place with a lot of ownership on offer, and the work has a direct impact on real infrastructure and critical operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Product judgement and understanding of user experience.
  • An eye for the user and the inspector's experience.
  • A feel for templates and workflows that are simple and practical.
  • Strong communication skills, both in writing and in person.
  • Training ability to onboard people effectively.

Where This Leads: We're putting together clear paths to grow from Product Ops, including into engineering and into deployment strategy and account ownership.

Compensation & Location: The base salary is £35,000 to £50,000 a year depending on experience and skill. This is a London role, 5 days a week on-site at our Clerkenwell office.

Please note: we're unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. You'll need existing right to work in the UK to apply.
