We’re looking for someone who knows how to keep an audience engaged via organic social media channels and grow that audience and revenue through paid channels.
This is a hands‑on role. You’ll make the content, run the campaigns and own the results for a mix of clients across various industries. No layers, no handing work down. You’ll take full control of the service delivery. For this reason, we’ll only consider candidates that can work within our studio and travel out on location with our clients.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, write and publish organic content that sounds like each client, not like an agency
- Build and run paid social campaigns. Audiences, budgets, creative and live optimisation of accounts
- Shoot and edit short-form video, and create / update simple assets in Canva or Figma
- Manage client communities and handle sensitive conversations with good judgement
- Set KPIs, track performance and benchmark results against the industry
- Use data to make informed decisions and proactively apply changes to campaigns
- Report monthly with clear recommendations that shape the next month’s work
- Be the day‑to‑day social contact for your clients and present results with confidence
What we need:
- 3+ years in social media, agency or in‑house
- Content that makes audiences engage and stop scrolling
- Meta Ads campaigns you can build and manage with real budgets, not just boosting posts
- Ability to write copy in more than one brand voice
- Someone who is comfortable shooting and editing short‑form video content
- Confidence pulling data from Meta Business Suite and GA4 and turning it into clear recommendations
- The ability to juggle several accounts and take ownership without being chased
- Full UK driving licence – on locations shoots with equipment required
