🚀 Founders Associate @ Pet Tech Startup (London/Remote) — £30k

We’re a fast-growing pet tech startup based in London. From our award-winning app to take the guesswork out of pet care, through to best-in-class vet-formulated, human grade healthcare products, we’re building something truly unique for pet lovers everywhere.

We’re on the hunt for a Founders Associate to join our small (but mighty) team and help us scale. This is a unique, hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a key role across marketing, product, and operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Marketing support – Content creation, social media marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, events, conversion optimisation and market research (just to name a few!)
• Data & analytics – Track, analyse and dig into performance metrics to see what’s working and where we need to improve.
• Product development – Help us shape our product roadmap by gathering user feedback, doing competitor research, testing new features, and working with designers and developers to bring ideas to life.
• Operations & logistics – Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and our fulfilment partners to make sure everything runs smoothly — from managing stock levels to arranging warehouse deliveries.
• Customer insight – Help analyse customer feedback and support tickets to spot trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make sure our users are happy.
• Creative problem-solving – Be ready to jump in and figure things out — whether it’s sourcing packaging options, improving an onboarding flow, or organising a pet photoshoot!
• Pitch in wherever needed – Everyday could look a little different. You’ll learn a ton, fast.

About you:

• You’re super enthusiastic, proactive, and up for a challenge
• You thrive in fast-moving environments
• You’re curious, keen to learn, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks
• You’ve got some background or experience in marketing or product (or both!)
• You love pets (seriously, this helps) 🐶
• You are resourceful, and keen to evolve your work with AI tools

The details:

💸 Salary: £30,000

🏠 Remote-first with occasional meet-ups in London
