Job Description COMMERCIAL GLASSWASHER / DISHWASHER ENGINEER VACANCY - SCOMAC CATERING EQUIPMENT LTD - RAF 4241 \n ScoMac Catering Equipment Ltd is one of the largest independent commercial catering manufacturers/suppliers within the U.K, an excellent and varied opportunity has arisen to recruit for a Commercial Glasswasher / Dishwasher Engineer. \n Role Overview: \n Based in Livingston, Scotland, this role reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for the service and maintenance on a full range of Commercial dishwashers and glasswashers throughout Scotland.Main duties involved within this role: \n ·Fault finding on commercial warewash equipment, including glasswashers and dishwashers. \n ·Improve quality of service by recommending improved processes \n ·Work to set procedures as outlined within specific job sheets. \n ·Fully conversant with all aspects of planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and installation of all commercial ware washing equipment etc. \n ·Competent in electrical diagnosis and fault finding, qualified to NVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or City and guilds equivalent preferred. \n ·Must possess a UK driving licence and be flexible and able to travel, stay overnight and work weekends where required and in line with business needs. \n ·Attention to detail and quality is paramount, with a continuous improvement mind-set. \n ·Full time, permanent contract. \n ·Company Van and Mobile Phone. \n ·Access to a contributory company pension scheme. \n · Training and Career Development - Opportunity for the right candidate to train as a Catering Engineer, develop their technical skills and work towards gaining recognised gas qualifications. \
