Primary focus on developing and growing new business opportunities that will form part of a portfolio of Accounts. Having an excellent understanding of the market place, customer requirements and working in partnership with the relevant internal and external teams to build growth, retention and developing long term relationships and solutions for the customers.
Main Duties:
- Territory sales role selling all Scolmore Ltd product offers into distributors in that area (Push/Pull role) – Demand generation with contractors / End users.
- Sales out activity by way of pro‑active support to local contractors aligned to our distributors (Joint sales calls/trade counter events/local ECA branch meetings/product training etc).
- Proactively build client relationships and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Present and gain agreement from the customer that ensures the customer sees our approach as added value ensuring it supports both customer and our commercial requirements.
- Work proactively with your portfolio, with a planned schedule of visits, using reports and information to keep the customer up to date, ensuring that you get the most from your visits and calls, maintaining CRM records at all times.
- Working simultaneously with your team and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
