The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 24hrs per week contract.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
- Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
- Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
- Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
- Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
- And of course, having fun while doing it all!
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A genuine love for coffee and people.
- A positive, can-do attitude with plenty of personality.
