The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 20 hr per week.
As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage - not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities- Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards.
- Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present.
- Manage stock, support with deliveries, and maintain store hygiene.
- Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud.
- Have fun while doing it all! You don’t need previous experience to succeed – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
