The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)
20 hours per week. As a Barista Maestro, you will take centre stage, crafting quality Costa coffee while inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards.
- Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent.
- Manage stock, support deliveries, and maintain store hygiene.
- Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud.
- Enjoy the workplace while doing it all.
Qualifications
- Genuine love for coffee and people.
- Positive, can-do attitude with personality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Confidence to lead by example.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
- Willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
