The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 2 positions available, 15 hrs per week contract.
As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
- Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
- Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present
- Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
- Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
- And of course, having fun while doing it all!
Qualifications:
- You don’t need previous experience to succeed – just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- A genuine love for coffee and people
- A positive, can-do attitude with plenty of personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence to lead by example
- The ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro
