Overview
The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 16hrs per week. As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage - not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
- Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
- Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
- Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
- Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
- Having fun while doing it all
Notes on Experience
You don't need previous experience to succeed - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We'll give you all the training and tools you need. A genuine love for coffee and people, a positive, can-do attitude with plenty of personality, strong communication and teamwork skills, confidence to lead by example, and the ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro.
