Youll support the team in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, helping them deliver the exceptional food quality and customer service that itsu is known for - all while leading by example and living our values. /p p b Your key responsibilities will include: /b /p p b Leadership People /b /p ul li Lead your team on shift, supporting smooth operations and a positive working environment /li li Support and coach new Team Members to help them grow in confidence /li li Deliver team briefings and support training across food prep, customer service, and hygiene /li li Step up confidently in the absence of a manager when needed /li li Promote the 4 itsu qualities and ensure a safe, inclusive, high-energy workplace /li /ul p b Service Hospitality /b /p ul li Support your team in delivering the 6 Hospitality Steps and exceeding Mystery Shopper expectations /li li Manage queues, handle service issues quickly, and always lead with a customer-first mindset /li li Keep displays, dining areas, and FOH presentation to brand standards /li li Maintain smooth delivery and collection service with drivers and digital customers /li /ul p b Food, Safety Quality /b /p ul li Ensure high standards of food safety and health safety (5FSF, 5FQF, FIFO, DDD) /li li Monitor quality and ensure all food is prepped Correct to Recipe (CTR) /li li Keep cleanliness standards high by following CATC and CAYG procedures /li li Support management with food safety compliance and 5-star EHO outcomes /li /ul p b Operations Efficiency /b /p ul li Help maintain productivity across kitchen and front-of-house /li li Assist with waste tracking and reduction /li li Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly /li li Help implement and uphold shop processes and itsu standards (as per How To guides) /li /ul p br /p p br /p p b What Youll Bring /b /p p Youre a natural people person with a passion for food, service, and team success.
