A bit about the role... As the largest franchise of Costa Coffee, we are passionate about finding the right people for our business. Naturally, there are brand standards to adhere to, but there is also plenty of room to let your personality shine. Your team, customers and community will always come first, and you will make it your mission in life to perform the little, big, and medium-sized acts that will surprise and delight in equal measure. We will be relying on you to keep an eye on the serious side of managing a successful store. Things like ensuring that you have the best team in place, maximising financial performance, and working closely with your Operations Manager.
A bit about you... We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead a motivated, well-trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver a profitable store and ensure all budget targets and KPIs are not just achieved but exceeded. Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business, you will maximise your performance as well as the team’s. Leading by example and setting high standards, you will enhance sales and provide our customers with excellent service. Experience of working with delivery partners such as Uber would be an advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing role
- Fully flexible with working hours
- Must be willing to travel
