The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 12 hrs per week. As a Barista Maestro, you\’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. You don\’t need previous experience to succeed – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We\’ll give you all the training and tools you need. A genuine love for coffee and people. A positive, can-do attitude with plenty of personality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Confidence to lead by example. The ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro.
