Overview
The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – Minimum 16hr contract per week. As a Barista Maestro, you\’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
- Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
- Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn\’t present
- Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
- Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
- Having fun while doing it
You don\\\’t need previous experience to succeed – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We\\\’ll give you all the training and tools you need, a genuine love for coffee and people.
