A bit about the role...
Being a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) means you’ll be the face of Costa Coffee and will be responsible for delivering consistently excellent customer service and leading the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior experience is desirable, but not essential as we will provide you with excellent on-the-job training and support to carry out the role effectively. Training will include how to deliver excellent customer service, operational brand standards, and all elements of health and food safety procedures.
Day to day you’ll be making coffee. But not just any coffee… Costa Coffee! You’ll perfect your craft through amazing training, taking care to make every customer experience an awesome one. In addition to this you will enjoy the following:
- Crafting great coffee with your passion and energy for that perfect blend
- Serving customers with a smile and creating moments that matter, ensuring customers walk away happy, and we see them again very soon
- Be knowledgeable and confident about all Costa products in order to advise customers
- Leading your team to deliver brand standards
- Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness across the store always
- Replenishing stock and helping with deliveries
- Supporting your Store Manager
- Most importantly: have fun at work and support your team to do the same
