Costa Barista

The Role: Costa Coffee Barista – 10 hours per week contract.

Responsibilities

• Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion.
• Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back.
• Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety.
• Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere and having fun.
• Training will be provided – no prior experience required.

• A positive, upbeat attitude and personality.
• A passion for great service and a love of coffee.
• Confidence to engage with customers and your team.
