The Role: Costa Coffee Barista – 10 hours per week contract.
Responsibilities
- Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion.
- Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back.
- Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety.
- Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and having fun.
- Training will be provided – no prior experience required.

- A positive, upbeat attitude and personality.
- A passion for great service and a love of coffee.
- Confidence to engage with customers and your team.
- A can‑do approach and willingness to learn.
- The ability to multitask and stay focused during busy shifts.
