Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 16hrs per week contract As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage - not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include: Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud And of course, having fun while doing it all!
