The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader)
Offer: 25 hours per week on a contract basis.
As a Barista Maestro, you will craft high‑quality Costa coffee, lead your team, and provide a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care
- Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards
- Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent
- Manage stock, support deliveries, and maintain store hygiene
- Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident and proud
- Enjoy the role and support training; no prior experience required – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
