The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 30hrs fully flexible
As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
- Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
- Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
- Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
- Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
- And of course, having fun while doing it all!
