The Role: Costa Coffee Barista
As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
- Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back
- Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety
- Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
- Most importantly, having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere
