We’re seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in running a therapeutic children’s home.
Because the organisation invests heavily in career progression, we welcome experienced Senior Support Workers (minimum 2 years) who are ready to step into a more senior role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the home
- Lead, supervise and develop staff
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Oversee care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding practice
- Manage rotas, staffing and occasional on‑call duties
- Maintain accurate records and support quality assurance
- Build positive relationships with young people and professionals

Requirements
