About This Posting

At Sclatriax, we are rapidly scaling our digital transformation and AI integration operations. While we do not have an immediate start date for this position, we are proactively building our talent pipeline for a key Automation Consultant role that will open in the next 4-5 months. The Role

Sclatriax is a premier technology lab and consultancy. We replace manual enterprise bottlenecks with intelligent, autonomous workflows. As an Automation Consultant, you will be the architectural bridge between our clients' business friction and our technical solutions.

  • Design & Execute: Build bespoke internal workflows and operational systems using modern low-code automation platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, Make, custom scripts).
  • AI Integration: Deploy intelligent AI workflows, automated document processing, and custom AI agents into complex enterprise environments.
  • System Architecture: Connect CRMs, ERPs, ecommerce platforms, and disparate APIs into unified, centralized data pipelines.
  • Client Advisory: Lead technical workshops to identify high-value automation opportunities and map out implementation roadmaps for senior stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven commercial experience as an Automation Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar technical role.
  • Deep proficiency in low-code enterprise platforms (specifically Microsoft Power Platform) and complex API integrations.
  • A strong understanding of practical AI deployment (LLM routing, prompt engineering, agentic workflows) within business contexts.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills; you must be able to translate complex technical architecture into clear, tangible business value.
  • UK-Based: You must be a UK resident.
  • Clearance: Active SC (Security Check) clearance is highly desirable due to the nature of our secure infrastructure and AI governance projects.
