Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Work with the Academy Manager to deliver an ‘outstanding’ football coaching (sports enrichment) programme in line with the Academy philosophy.
- Work alongside Academy staff to plan, deliver and analyse training sessions as part of the Academy coaching syllabus.
- Support education staff to ensure high levels of engagement and achievement in the classroom.
- Assist in the management, delivery and organisation of the competitive games programme.
- Focus on the ‘holistic’ development of each learner on the programme.
- Support in the delivery of open days, school visits, parents’ evenings and other events as part of the Academy recruitment strategy.
- Engage with internal and external CPD opportunities to stay current with best practices.
- Complete all mandatory Health & Safety, Safeguarding and Compliance training.
