The personal training programme lead will be responsible for the effective leadership, management and continuous improvement of the full year 14 personal training programme, including both online and face-to-face delivery. The role will ensure that learners receive a high-quality education experience that supports successful completion, achievement and progression into employment, self-employment or further training within the active leisure, health and fitness sector.
