Overview
Help launch something that changes lives. We're opening a brand-new BA (Hons) Musical Theatre at Dance City, the North East's national dance house, and this role fills it. For every young performer who applies, this course is the start of a career on stage. For us, getting these first cohorts right turns a bold idea into a thriving Higher Education business, and you'll lead the recruitment that makes it happen.
Responsibilities
- Own the application target end to end: shape the strategy, open doors with schools, sixth forms and colleges, and win the trust of learners and parents directly.
- Host auditions, taster days and open evenings that end with a clear invitation to apply, give honest guidance on the course, UCAS and student finance, and build a warm pipeline that never lets a lead go cold.
Qualifications
- Track record in HE (or comparable) student recruitment, knowing the UCAS cycle and consistently beating targets.
- Strong at building institutional relationships and converting families.
- Willing to get out across the North East, including some evenings and weekends.
- Feel for the performing arts is a real plus.
