We are seeking an inspiring and resilient Vocational Teacher to deliver Level 1 vocational qualifications to young people with additional learning needs aged 16–18 (16 – 24 with an EHCP plan) who are currently NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). This role requires someone with energy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting learners who may be disadvantaged, disengaged from education, or facing significant personal barriers.
The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and ambitious learning environment where students are encouraged to rebuild confidence, develop employability skills, and achieve meaningful progression outcomes. You will be committed to helping every learner realise their potential through high expectations, consistency, and positive relationships.
