The Head of Scientific Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the future evolution of Sciterion’s scientific organisation. You will lead the transition from a traditional medical communications delivery model to a differentiated business focused on scientific consulting, Medical Affairs transformation, scientific engagement, and measurable medical impact.
As the architect of scientific transformation, the Head of Scientific Transformation will define the direction, capabilities, methodologies and commercial propositions required to establish Sciterion as a recognised leader in scientific engagement and Medical Affairs innovation. The role will champion Sciterion’s Future Focus vision, driving the organisation’s shift from content creation to strategic advisory services, from project execution to scalable solutions, and from activity-led delivery to demonstrable scientific adoption and behavioural impact.
Working across the scientific organisation, the role will oversee the evolution of the Scientific Strategy and Scientific Excellence functions, ensuring alignment with future business priorities.
