We’re seeking a highly capable Construction Manager to work on a fast-paced and impactful project in the South East.

Duration: May to December 2026

Contract Type: Outside IR35

Hours: Full-time

Day Rate: To be discussed based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and coordination of internal fit-out and M&E works (HVAC, CHW/LTHW/gases pipework, electrics, fire alarm, data)
  • Quality checks of installations against design and specifications, including red-pen markups
  • Liaison with design team, commissioning manager and project manager
  • Maintaining accurate site records

Qualifications:

  • IT proficiency with strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Aconex (Document Management System)
  • Proactive Construction Manager with relevant experience and availability
  • Pharmaceutical experience is not required
