Based in Godalming, Surrey, these roles offer the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive engineering environment, alongside experienced professionals on a wide range of exciting and technically challenging projects. Across all four teams, we are seeking ambitious graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers within an exciting and growing business. Our projects span a range of sectors, including life sciences, advanced manufacturing, cleanrooms, energy and other highly regulated industrial environments, giving graduates exposure to complex, high-value engineering work from the very beginning of their careers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the design and delivery of engineering projects across a variety of sectors
- Working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams
- Assisting with calculations, technical documentation, and project coordination
- Gaining exposure to site visits, client interaction, and real-world engineering challenges
- Developing technical and professional skills through hands‑on project involvement
