We are seeking experienced Process Engineers to join our team on a freelance/contract basis. We are particularly looking for Process Engineers with experience across front‑end, concept, and detailed design, ideally within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector. All roles are outside IR35 and require regular site presence in the South East. Candidates must be able to commit to on‑site work for durations ranging from 2 to 12 months, depending on project requirements. Competitive all‑inclusive rates are on offer.

Qualifications
  • Competent across front‑end engineering, concept development, and detailed design
  • Strong understanding of GxP requirements
  • Familiarity with process design documentation (e.g. PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, URS)
  • Good understanding of CDM regulations and wider health & safety requirements
Ideal Candidates Will Be:
  • Experienced in delivering projects within regulated environments (Life Sciences/Pharma preferred)
  • Able to build strong relationships and influence clients and stakeholders
  • Commercially astute
